Project Description:

We expanded an existing school, adding a 34,800 square foot classroom building that included two stories and a basement. The project involved high-level finishes to common areas and two acres of site improvements.

Bright Beginnings Daycare

Project Description:

We expanded an existing 3,000 square foot daycare center to 6,000 square feet. The expansion involved adding new classrooms, restrooms, steel egress stairs, and interior finishes, all while maintaining full daycare operations. The FEI team worked tirelessly to complete the project in under 90 days and minimize disruption to students and staff.

KinderCare

Location: Devon, Pennsylvania, and Narberth, Pennsylvania

Project Description:

We renovated 2 KinderCare facilities: a 9,000 square foot building in Devon, and a 14,000 square foot, two-story building in Narberth. The work involved installing new MEP systems, sprinkler systems, adult and children’s restrooms, a kitchen, sales areas, lunchrooms, millwork and door packages, offices, and an exterior playground. We also installed new walls, flooring, and ceiling finishes, as well as upgrades to the exterior glass entrances.
