Project Description:
We renovated Philadelphia Distilling from Ajax Metal Company in 2018. The renovation included new office space, production facilities, as well as a tasting room, event space, and bottle shop.

Project Description:
We renovated a 9,152 square foot, 2-story building and converted it into a fully-kosher restaurant, including the removal and replacement of the existing roof and interior remodel of the bar, seating areas, entrance, and kitchen.

Project Description:
Punchline Comedy Club includes a comedy club, restaurant, and bar. This 300-seat venue also features an outdoor patio and a lobby bar. Live Nation also owns and operates Punch Line venues in San Francisco and Sacramento, along with Cobb’s Comedy Club in San Francisco.

Project Description:
Travinia Italian Kitchen is a restaurant and commercial kitchen. The building features multiple dining rooms, wine storage and wine cellars throughout the restaurant and a 15-seat bar.

Project Description:
Revolutions Bowling Alley is an entertainment arena, restaurant and bowling alley by day but transforms into a nightclub and bar space at night. There are 27 bowling lanes to enjoy and outstanding features and finishes.

Project Description:
FEI was tasked with site development and construction of a new 6,570 square foot steel-framed building shell. Our work included tenant buildout for Starbucks (including drive-thru), a Tropical Smoothie with an outdoor seating area, and a box space for Five Guys. We installed new MEP systems, utility services, stormwater management, and site lighting improvements.
