Project Description:

We performed a complete interior renovation of the sales area, lobby, and car showroom of this 51,357 square foot Mercedes Benz dealership. We also expanded the building and added a service center.

Colonial Hyundai

Project Description:

This project was a multi-phase construction and renovation of a Colonial Hyundai dealership. Phase 1 was a tear-down of the existing sales and service management center, and ground-up construction of a new building while leaving the existing service center active. The new building addition includes a new sales center for car displays, offices for sales, service, and marketing, a vehicle delivery center, a parts storage area and mezzanine, a customer lounge, high-speed doors, a drive-in/car dropoff area, and an expanded service bay with a new hunter vehicle analysis system.

Phase 2 of the project was the installation of new customer restrooms, technician restrooms, and a full replacement of the shop concrete flooring, lighting, oil and air system, mechanic benches and tool boxes, and recycled oil heaters.

Project Description:

We executed a ground-up construction of a new 29,931 square foot Acura dealership, including a showroom, offices, a parts department, a service department, and a car wash. The project included 5.2 acres of site improvements, new utilities, highway work, and exterior and interior design.
