For over 30 years, FEI has been actively involved in commercial and residential construction. Now we have grown to work in a variety of industries like sports stadiums, car dealerships, and movie theaters providing superior performance and reliable service throughout the tri-state area. Our track record of major projects has earned us a reputation for being creative, technologically advanced and extremely responsive to our customers.

Why? So we can provide you the best service with the best price possible. Our general contractor services are engineered, scheduled, and managed to create maximum value for our customers.
Our Approach
Our expert staff works closely with owners, architects, designers and partner construction teams early on in a project to pinpoint key issues, priorities, and goals for the project. Risk and opportunity identification early on in projects can save our clients’ scarce resources: time, money, and effort. We employ LEAN Construction theory and principles, which guides us to deliver the highest quality service by reducing inefficiency and material waste.

Our Stadium Partner, SPS Technology, is a pre-fabricated, modular solutions construction company for building and renovating Stadiums, Arenas, and Theaters. We help them manage and install the implementation of stadium seating in SPS's stadium projects.
